Elements of Computing Systems Chapter 10b

As we did not finish Chapter 10's project during the last meeting, we called this "emergency" meeting to complete the implementation of the Jack compiler.

Implement the parser: an uncharacteristically huge single commit containing an initial attempt at the
CompilationEngine
(we choseParser
instead) along with an acceptance test; -
Emit the given token in
Parser#consume
.
With the project still incomplete after two meetings, we decided to attempt to complete the exercises outside of meetings but before the next. We didn't feel there was anything new to be learnt in the group by working through the remaining implementation together as it included only adding support for new tokens in the Jack language.
