What is this

Update configuration to use Livox MID360 with Fast LIO

Details

Please explain the contribution of this PR in detail.

  • update URDF model with additional 3D-LiDAR sensor
  • enable Fast LIO for self-localization

Instruction:

  1. add Livox LiDAR model in urdf file
  2. add [Livox driver and FAST LIO
  3. add vo plugin for state estimation
