Added detailed hand urdf and new meshes.
Simplified collision meshes for grasping experiments.

Gazebo parameters and joint controllers still missing.
Remove extra phalanx from thumb in right hand.
Added an rviz launcher specifically for the right hand.
Fixed thumb link names
Added hand position controllers
Controllers not responding to commands yet
Contact sensors not yet simplified.
Finished simplifying meshes for collision.
Also fixed hand model hierarchy: auxiliary *_fix links are now correctly specified as childless nodes.

Improves #46 : Right hand will be ready after merge, although some improvements are still planned.

Removed unimplemented controller instantiation in launcher.
These will have to be reimplemented and fine-tuned.
Added missing use_full_hand_model parameter for Vizzy simulation launcher.
