Description

Currently PDUs are numbered in order of creation, however according to the telemetry protocol the PDU number should represent its priority. We need a method to decide on PDU prioritisation (e.g. perhaps just by CAN priority) and to assign this when generating schemas.

Additional Notes

This could also impact on-car telemetry.
