Improved documentation and compatibility

Updated readme. Tested on the latest versions of Xiexe, Silent, Poiyomi shaders, as well as others. Included LyumaMeshTools with actual documentation for the first time.

Lyuma's Waifu2d shader script v1.0: Flatten your favorite shaders

First version of the shader generator. Grab it, try it out and let me know what you think. Expect updates soon if there are major bugs.
