- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/lorenzoamir/EpiNetworkPaper.git
- Move to working directory:
cd EpiNetworkPaper/Scripts/RandomNetwork
- Run simulations:

- Create data directory:

- Move results:

To visualize results run the notebook EpiNetworkPaper/Notebooks/EpiNetworkNotebook.ipynb
