EpiNetworkPaper

Documentation is currently a work in progress.

Steps to reproduce results

The following will refer to the random network case. The scale-free network case is analogous.

  1. Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/lorenzoamir/EpiNetworkPaper.git
  1. Move to working directory:
cd EpiNetworkPaper/Scripts/RandomNetwork
  1. Run simulations:
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0. 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.1 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.14
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.2 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.3 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.4

python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 0.9 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 1.3 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 1.8 
python NetworkEpiScript.py -i 2.6

  1. Create data directory:
mkdir ../../Data/RandomNetworkData/
  1. Move results:
mv -r output/ ../../Data/RandomNetworkData/

To visualize results run the notebook EpiNetworkPaper/Notebooks/EpiNetworkNotebook.ipynb
