This pr addresses issue #97
I have updated the routing to handle going back to the home page after clicking the back button on the terms or privacy page, but to do this it has to reload the page which doesn't lead to the best user experience. We could also add back buttons to each screen which would help to make the user experience better but that wouldn't change the browsers back button.
