Implement functions/methods for reports generation and plotting figures

This is a consolidated list of Issues specific to features associated with generating tabular reports and other results. The linked issues will be closed and progress track here.

• Identify figures needed by FEAT (Identify a collection of desired output plots #145)
• Replicate data summary report subtotals (In tabular reports, should subtotals be implemented where present in Matlab EchoPro? #92)
• Add documentation for report files (Add documentation of export "report" files to Jupyter Book #112)
• Add utility plotting functions for required diagnostics (e.g. erroneous NASC values)
• Create plotting functions (or a notebook)
• Add functions for exporting specific analysis pd.DataFrames and dictionaries (e.g. optimized variogram parameters)
