Attribute Bulk Updater
This tool helps to update some properties of attribute in bulk. The properties handled are "Valid for Advanced Find", "Valid for Audit" and "Requirement Level". Even if standard customization features allow to do the same in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this tool adds the possibility to automatically select attributes that are included on forms so that you can ensure that only used attributes are displayed in Advanced Find or audited.
To use the tool, use the following procedure
Open the tool and click on "Load Entities" button
Select an entity in the left panel, the attributes are automatically retrieved
Select one or more property on the upper right panel. The attribute list is updated to check attribute that have these properties enabled.
Use buttons above the attribute list to check attributes included in forms, check all attributes or reset to their initial selection state. Attributes checked will have the selected properties set to "Enabled"/"Yes" or the required level if this property has to be updated
When all attributes have the expected state, click on "Update Attributes" button, then "Publish entity" button to make these changes available to all users.
