  • Fixed some issues with NPC auto-levelling that arose when games were saved and loaded.
  • Fixed a (SFO1e) library bug that was interfering with the detection of shields and offhand weapons.
  • Corrected several oBG2 installation issues that had crept in since 35.0 was released.
  • Tanar'ri spies had inserted a bug that made all Baatezu Chaotic Evil. Fixing this hopefully ends the Great Baatezu Civil War.
  • The cosmetic effects of the Balor vorpal sword now grant a saving throw (to match the saving throw SCS already gives against the main vorpal effect).
  • The Gith captain (along with other high level paladins/blackguards) waits till he can see enemies before summoning an ally.
  • Enemy mages have read the readme and no longer use Death Spell on creatures it doesn't affect.
  • Carsa, while still traumatized by her ordeal with Kahrk, doesn't endlessly relive it in Gullykin by constantly respawning.
  • Fixed some awkward interactions between shapeshift tokens and mods that alter the proficiency system.
  • Fixed a library glitch that was causing compatibility issues between IWDification random items and SCS (it was replacing some shortbows with swords).
  • 'Increased Spellhold cost' now updates journal entries.
  • Nishruu have been slightly lowered in level so that Death Spell still affects them.
  • The Ascension version of the innate Cure Light Wounds bhaalspawn ability is now affected by the Enhance Cure/Cause spell tweak.
  • The Larloch's Minor Drain tweak no longer does an extra 4 hp of damage.
  • Stonefist now grants the listed +2 bonus to AC.
  • The IWD-style color spray component now installs properly.
  • Slight tweak to the SFO library to handle possible (unconfirmed) compatibility errors on level-zero creatures.
  • The IWD spells now overwrite previous versions of the spells installed by other mods (except Spell Revisions) - not doing so was leading to subsequent install failures when the other-mod version of an IWD spell was configured differently from our version.
  • Removed some (harmless) WARNINGs if you install the IWD spells and the spell tweaks on oBG2.

  • Updated Chinese translation.
  • Seven Eyes spell now works correctly.
  • "NPC Customization and Management" was failing to fully remove dual class flags from dual-class characters, leading to awkward consequences if they multiclassed.
  • Interjections in Watcher's Keep are no longer messed up by the 'go to Watcher's Keep early' component.
  • 'Thieves gain skill points in multiples of 5' is no longer offered for install if you already have its functionality via Talents of Faerun.

  • Systematic rebuild of the help-group system in IWDEE, hopefully damping down some of the dogpiling in areas like Kresselack's Tomb.
  • Armor spell is now correctly cast during prebuffing.
  • Invisibility scrolls are now correctly used by stealthing mage/thieves.
  • Removed redundant (and possibly compatibility-breaking) code to let priests summon elemental princes if ToF HLA system is installed.
  • Fixed a bug in the compatibility code between Improved General AI and IWDification's item randomizer (plus SCS should fail a bit more gracefully if it can't identify a weapon).
  • The 'dispel at level' version of the nerf-inquisitor-dispel component was erroneously installing as if it was 'dispel at 1.5x level'.
  • The nerf-inquisitor-dispel component now matches the level cap (level 40) on the dispel that is used by the unnerfed version (previously, the 1.5xlevel version was capped at level 30 and the 1xlevel was capped at level 20, introducing an unintentionally strong nerf in the late game.)
  • The Tale of Curran Strongheart now correctly blocks mummy fear.
  • The 'use IWD Chromatic Orb' spell tweak no longer brings over Icewind Dale opposition schools (and so can now be scribed by conjurers).
  • Fixed a couple of glitches with enemy druid shapeshifting.
  • A handful of EE items no longer have doubled-up 'usable by' blocks.

  • Updated German translation.
  • The auto-levelling system in 'NPC customization and management' now only affects NPCs, not the player (or other player-created characters).
  • The 'revised inn' component was broken by a previous update but should now work correctly.
  • Fixed a vanilla bug that meant that on Enhanced Edition games, Thaxll'ssillyia was casting at the wrong level.
  • Dragons on oBG2 were erroneously getting an additional attack per round (and have been for the whole lifetime of the mod! If you actually want to keep the +1 APR, or add it on EE, set dragons_get_plus_one_apr to 1 in the ini before installing.)
  • The 'revised elementals', 'revised permanent death', and 'HLAs as innate' components were supposed to be marked as incompatible with Spell Revisions, but weren't being due to a typo.
  • 'Slower reputation gain' was erroneously being marked as incompatible with ToF's 'revised kits and abilities'.
  • Mummy Rot now displays an icon.
  • Fixed a bug and some documentation errors in the 'reduce power of overpowered items' component.
  • Tweaked the help scripts, mostly to (try to) fix issues with IWD creatures being too enthusiastic about joining fights.
  • Fixed an issue with revised resurrection that was stopping imprisoned party members from rejoining.
  • On Enhanced Edition games, we no longer overwrite the default AI for summoned creatures (by now it's not really necessary, and it's causing issues, e.g. breaking shamans' summoned spirits).
  • Belatedly documented hotkey control of summoned creatures (now relevant only for oBG2).
  • Fixed a typo in 'Better Calls for Help' that was causing help scripts occasionally to overwrite other scripts.
  • The new Ulgoth's Beard textscreen now works properly on EET.
  • Player-summoned planetars, though still committed to compassion and mercy, no longer heal enemies.
  • NPC Customization and Management should correctly handle removing a dual class from an NPC.

  • If you use NPC Customization and Management to change a ranger to a different class, their two pips in two-weapon fighting are correctly removed.
  • NPC Customization and Management no longer removes all spells from Baeloth (who it's not supposed to edit).
  • If you use NPC Customization and Management to change a core-game NPC's class or kit, they should no longer be barred from using items that are supposed to be only usable by them.
  • At the start of Siege of Dragonspear, NPC Customization and Management no longer resets the hit points of NPCs who have previously been in the party.
  • Improved compatibility management between SCS and ToF versions of shapeshift.
  • Fixed a compatibility issue between 'Fine Weapons' and ToF monks-use-staff component.

  • Allied spellcasters no longer use Teleport Field.
  • NPC Customization and Management correctly skips certain characters (notably Hexxat and Caelar) who shouldn't be set to level zero.
  • Under-the-hood change: changed the function that handles area-effect spells bypassing Mirror Image (used on oBG2 installs) so it runs much faster (5 seconds rather than a couple of minutes).
  • Fixed a rather subtle bug that was messing with creatures' ability to see when an enemy is unaffected by their spells. The bug probably also caused occasional oBG2 crashes.
  • NPC Customization and Management correctly skips certain characters (notably Hexxat and Caelar) who shouldn't be set to level zero.
