This minor release features improvements from more contributers, including a couple handy features and some cleanup.

• Add toggle-start, which lets you start and end with the same keystroke
• Support referring to mod[12345]
• Clean up Makefile
• Minor bugfixes and code cleanup

First release, just a tarball. This version includes most code changes I could easily find and so far as I know works fine, but note that it may break and I am not a good enough C programmer to have thoroughly vetted everything included:)
