What version is Gutenberg using?
- tsconfig.json uses the @wp-blocks/tsconfig template - updated deps (using wp-deps script) to wordpress 6.2

Nothing major, just updating dependencies and removing some things that currently have no benefit.
The only remarkable thing could be the addition of the "babel-plugin-makepot" that generates automatically the pot file used for i18n
