Replace `goexpect` with `go-expect`. The former doesn't support PTY pseudo-terminal on systems other than Linux.
The session manager plugin requires using expect and the session protocol is not documented. This will be nightmare to debug and manage in the future. Using documents seems to be better solution.
Add `instance_list_provider` provider to be used with the SSM.
