For several months now we've been pointing to a particular git commit for the upstream webRTC crate, because it included an important fix (providing loopback support) that hadn't yet been released on crates.io. Recently, the official crate was updated and now includes our fix. So let's point to that officially so we can start once again publishing updates to rust-utils on crates.io ourselves!
