Feature update!

Tweaked many elements and added a number of old and some new features, such as:

• App background (custom image, no image, default image)
• Ability to disable chat doodles or message tails
• "Privacy mode" for contacts and images finally made a comeback
• Fullscreen app, because MildMethod is awesome!
