Usability testing: Create prototype mockups for early 2025 testing

We plan to conduct usability testing in early 2025 to test the following:

• combobox
• date picker
• time picker
• character count
• tooltip
• breadcrumb
• error states

We need to plan the test scenario and build a prototype mockup that will help us test what we need to with those components.

• Decide on a test scenario
• Create a mockup of the prototype in Mural, documenting the general "look" and the interactive requirements
• Share with the wider team (including developers) and incorporate their feedback

I created a mockup of the prototypes in Mural, shared with the team at yesterday's CS UX sync for feedback, and incorporated suggestions.

We may continue to tweak the prototypes as we get closer to testing and I will work closely with developers on that, but this issue can be considered done at this point.
