Include repo installation method
Allows to specify condor_package_label and install a fixed version with the old role and repo installation method.
This feature is only available for RHEL < 9 so far, the repo files need to be added and a task added, in order to enable it.
If condor_package_label is undefined (default), the new role part will install the latest version (script installation method).
This should not break any playbooks.
