UI Update

In this release, we significantly update the user interface with a easy to navigate sidebar.

A redesign of the app! It includes a new side bar which should help in navigation.

Also changes:

• View binary (pdf, jpg, png...) files in the native viewer from the File Transfer page.
• View text files (Windows & Mac).
• New tutorials on the tutorials page.
• Monitor externally submitted jobs from within the app.

Adding R Tutorials

Small release adding the HCCGo R Tutorials.

Bug fix for 0.3.1

During testing, we discovered an error in the auto-update. This will fix the autoupdate.
