vr-streaming-overlay with Odysee chat widget

Pre-alpha, very rough build for adventurous people!
Changes: You now need to create a connector for Odysee, you can now use your channel claim id instead of your stream claim id. It should automatically detect your stream claim id and connect to chat.

Linux

Download and extract vr-overlay-linux.tar.xz
Launch steamVR
Either add it as non-Steam game to Steam or launch with:

/path-to-steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/run.sh ./path-to/vr-streaming-overlay.x86_64

Windows

Download and extract vr-streaming-overlay-windows.zip
Launch steamVR
Either add it as non-Steam game to Steam or run the executable.

This version's changelog:

Added

• LBC tip information is now displayed in chat.

Windows is untested although, it should run fine.
