Usage

Same usage as the Javascript version :

OpenLocationCode.encode(LATITUDE, LONGITUDE);
OpenLocationCode.encode(LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, PRECISION);

OpenLocationCode.recoverNearest(SHORT_CODE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE)
