Support for 32-bit architecture and security improvements

This minor release includes following changes:

• Support 32-bit architectures (#44)
• Multiple updates to security-critical dependencies

New -sqlite-db command-line flag

This release includes two minor improvements:

• New -sqlite-db command-line flag for specifying the path to the SQLite database
• Security updates to the jwx dependency
