Variational Quantum Linear Solver Use the method outlined in the Bravo-Prieto et al. (2020) "Variational Quantum Linear Solver" The SPSA algorithm follows Spall et al. (1998) To run,

1. 'VQLS.github.py' depends on 'SPSA.py'
2. open 'VQLS.github.py' and edit the parameters under 'SETTINGS'
3. Run 'VQLS.github.py'
