Unlike Dollars, Euros, etc. where money is created by debt (negative approach) we create value for each participating person as part of the community (positive approach). We believe that every person is unique and valuable. Everyone wants to be part of the community and bring in his individual gifts.

Hence for every participating person value is created continuously in the form of ThankTokens. When there are more people there is more value in total. This is possible without inflation as the value has a natural decay.
