updated python3 installs to pipx to avoid externally-managed-environment errors. (also set to .bashrc for vanilla install).
Noticed new errors e.g:
[+] Cloned repository: windapsearch
usage: pipx [-h] [--version] {install,inject,upgrade,upgrade-all,uninstall,uninstall-all,reinstall,reinstall-all,list,run,runpip,ensurepath,environment,completions} ...
pipx: error: unrecognized arguments: -U -r
