What is this change?
Bumps the sensu types and core api module dependencies to the latest releases and includes several patches to incorporate changes to the API made for the 7.x track.
Currently pending the next official releases of api/core/v2 and v3 ( currently pointing at alpha releases built from #4879)
Why is this change necessary?
The core/v3 api module included in the 6.8 release has diverged from the core/v3.7.0 release. This attempts to reconcile that by including the most recent sensu-go api modules.
