G14 Helper v0.9.2

• Completely rewritten "core" of the app, responsible for all system functions
• App doesn't need administrator privileges anymore
• Added custom fan profiles editor for any performance mode
• Fixed CPU temperature monitoring, now it works without admin rights!

Note 1: custom fan profiles are applied ONLY after you click Apply button at the moment. Not on app start!
Note 2: App is a bit bigger now, cause it contains a library to draw a chart (to manage fan profiles)
