SecretHub XGO

SecretHub - XGO wraps the secrethub-go client with cgo exported functions and compiles them into a shared library. SWIG is then used to generate clients that allow calling these functions from other languages, e.g. C#, Java, NodeJS, PHP, Python and Ruby.
