Media ROS SeaGoatVision

Copy the file ros.py into SeaGoatVision/server/media/implementation/ on project http://seagoatvision.org/

In development

This media only subscribe to ROS image. You can update the topic in config or in the interface. This node has been tested with node usb_cam : http://wiki.ros.org/usb_cam

More feature will come soon.
