Improves Move up/down in Text Editor (#2660)

* Adds a scroll up to always show the selected item from Tree in Text Editor * Fixes copying selected item from Tree to Search box in Text Editor * Improves indentation in move_row_up/down in Text Editor. WIP * Improve block indentation, add block move up/down. WIP for move up ... * Move up complete, except minor indentation case * Move up/down complete except cases with END * Fixes indentation and selection in Move up/down in Text Editor
