The glob 11.0.0 changeglob states that it only works under Node 20 and newer, and the tests are configured to run with Node 18.15. Regardless, the tests are running and passing.

It should be safe to upgrade the tests to run under Node 20.

However, some people might still be using a version of VS Code that runs with Node 18. The first version of Electron that shipped with Node 20 was released 2024-Feb-20. As a result, glob might not work on VS Code installs of about a year ago.
