Add initial Arch Linux support: e91fab6

  • Package manager UI (option 1) will display a different text if "pacui" is not installed. (Not available on Arch)
  • If the installation of "pacui" fails, the user will be prompted if they want to download "pacui" from source. In case the answer is no, the option will disappear.
  • If the "mhwd" package is not installed, a different text will be displayed for the Hardware & Drivers (option 3) - This option is heavily dependent on "Manjaro Hardware Detection" . (Not available on Arch)
