Fixing the ability to use this a puppet bolt task.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Init new Bolt Project
2. Add Module puppetlabs-chocolatey
3. Run bolt task run chocolatey --log-level trace --targets localhost action="install" package="notepadplusplus"
