This pull request adds the cpld_write command to the usb serial console.
cpld_write can be used to update the portapack CPLD gateware from a .prg file (for example hardware/portapack_h4m/CPLD/Supra/portapack_h4m_cpld.prg). This can be used to fix the reset button on the H2 version of the portapack that is using the AG256SL100.
