We change the one-line branding from "Substrate's Ethereum compatibility layer" to "the EVM backbone of Polkadot".
A new short features section, which also explains the (exciting) facts that we can already run some Ethereum L2s, as well as the Pre-Log Wrapper Block strategy for zero-downtime live migration (we still need to develop the surrounding tooling, and also spend great efforts testing and dealing with EVM compliances).
