In this release:
- Add Flight Web Suite setup & configuration
- Add SLURM Accounting configuration by default
- Fix NFS issues in cloud (removal of incorrect custom settings and addition of nofail to client mounts)
- Some additional handling for differences between CentOS 7 & 8
