How strange. When compared to SoS numbers, Beto O'Rourke is missing one vote, and Jodey Arrington (TX-19) is missing 91(!). Probably this means this can't be merged yet.

These are not precinct level results anyway. If you look at the precinct field, it consists of multiple precincts! Even in the source files we don't have precinct level data. We need to get that from them.

Some Texas counties have a habit of doing this, especially for primaries but occasionally for generals. We'll check back with Howard.
