  • removed docker-building process from docker-compose. the image is now stored in dockerhub at https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/alexd13/deconv_explorer/general
  • correct naming conventions of docker compose network
  • removed pandoc-citeproc and added binutilsdependency in Dockerfile -> this lead the Dockerfile to crash during building
  • install omnideconv with remotes. Did not work with pak
