Pull Request: Improved ODK-X Survey Navigation

This PR solves the Issue of Redesign form navigation for ODK-X Survey

Changes made :

• Updated the color of the button and button text to reflect the ODK-x guidelines .
• Placed the back button and next button in the leftmost and rightmost side and localized title in the middle to ensure the clear readability of the navigation bars.

Rationale:

• Given change reflects the ODK-x design guidelines which helps in the branding of the app.
• Arrangement of button is done in such a way that it ensure clear readability and visibility.
