first release

First release of mobo

Features:

mobo up - Specify an number android emulator in yaml, a boot with a simple command
mobo status - Check the status of all emulators
mobo destroy - Destroy all emulators

Will install prerequisites such as Android base system, Android SDK's and ABI's
For ubuntu, will install prerequisite libraries
Works on Mac OSX and Ubuntu
