Hi Mike,

Will it be possible to add something here on the best practice for submitting git pull requests? What are the steps involved? Should we clone qstrader to our own github repo before doing work on it? What about making changes on master or create a feature branch and make all changes there for a specific feature and then submit that as a pull request?

Sorry i'm new to git and don't know the best way to do this to keep things clean and working...
