This clarifies some bits of the
latest_threadproperty of the bundled aggregations form of them.threadrelation MSC3440 from a few things that came up during implementation review:latest_event(Change latest_event format in thread bundled relationship synapse#12085); this was somewhat clarified during the MSC review in89c4b5e(#3440), but I've tried to make it clearer.latest_eventincludes bundled aggregations (which was only implied from the above) (Thread bundled relationships can return a split-brained latest_event synapse#12270).
