  • Adds a new restore:noprompt task for calling snaplet restore via CI
  • Removes the prompt from restore task since it's a dup of what snaplet does.

@Gowiem we can instead run task --yes task:name or task -y https://taskfile.dev/usage/#warning-prompts

Oh I see we are removing task's prompt and then passing -y to snaplet. I like that better.
