Changed Figure names Atcold#461 issue

Figure Number Issue in 14-1.md 
Atcold#461

Figure 5 -> Figure 19, Figure 6 -> Figure 20
So, the figure numbering goes like 4->19->20->7 and so forth.
Please enlighten me if I misunderstood your comments! @Atcold

Exactly, I think we should keep the same numbers, crop the captions out (and write it as text) and update the references to the figure number in the text.
