binning TIFF images by GPU in a folder
This is a visual studio 2013 and CUDA project, which merge several pixels into one, thus the raw images size can be reduced significantly. This project read dir in file "filepath to proc.txt" and pixel binning para from "ParaFile.txt", the image format is TIFF. The program will search each image in the dir and convert them into a new folder.
