更新网络题库时，在题目后加上选项。
因为题库更新，部分题目的题干是一样的，这样搜索不到正确结果，所以在挑战答题，搜题时，加上选项串。（运行前，请自行更新tikuNet）
修改了getScores函数，另外对文章学习也进行修改，现在可以学满非答题类的学分，不会出现文章数不够的情况。
答题正确率不太高，又修改了一下

发现原来更新的UI.js在手机，没上传，所以把readme改下
之前打的包，我都没测试，习惯性源码运行。不是这么多小伙伴都反馈“一直翻页“，我差点就不信了，还好，总算修复了。
