upgraded react 19 and next 15
fixed issues related to <Transition /> once #9253 land this should go away anyways

• ran react codemod except react-element-default-any-props
• updated nextjs code

Update fixed all tests except snapshot test, see jestjs/jest#15402

@dcousens I have no idea how to fix test cases, those are mostly related to document field
