for group membebers: how to edeti my pages and add papers?

How to add a paper

• edit (in GitLab web UI) _data/sources.yaml
• copy and edit existing entry
• upload (via gitlab UI) image of conference (ratio is 100x200) to images
• order of entries is the order of papers on the site
• read Warinings in file header!
• check if website built correctly

How to edit personal page

• edit (in GitLab web UI) your .md file _members folder
• upload (via gitlab UI) your image (ratio is 1:1) to images
• check if website built correctly

How to add person to team

• copy and edit (in GitLab web UI) .md file of other person in the _members folder
• upload (via gitlab UI) image (ratio is 1:1) to images
• check if website built correctly

Changes are not visible online -> what to do?

• build bot sometimes takes 2min to compile
• update website cache
• check output of the build bot -> red x ist fail. click on the job to get an error message. In most cases the yaml is broken -> NO : in data fields of a yaml file!
