Description of the Changes
Issue: 'upload to s3' job is failing on canary since it is trying to upload kaltua-tv-player file which is not exist
Fix: change the output file name on webpack from kaltua-ott -player to kaltua-tv-player
Resolves FEC-FEC-13609
