This repository contains the code used to produce results for our capstone project DATA3001 T3 2021.

How to run the code

After cloning this repo, place relevant .RData files in the same directory.

Then, run all the chunks in each file in the following order:

1. Data Cleaning & Exploratory Analysis
2. Differential Expression Analysis
3. Network Analysis
4. Visualisation

Do NOT attempt to knit every file; it won't work!
